The Problem
The customer contacted Cannon Appliance because their dishwasher was not draining properly and the existing garbage disposal was not functioning. The dishwasher drain connection at the kitchen sink also required service, preventing the dishwasher from draining normally.
Our Solution
Our technician cleared the dishwasher drain path and replaced the failed garbage disposal with a new 1/3 HP unit. After completing the work, the dishwasher drainage and sink/disposal connections were checked through an operating cycle.
